Important update for Ellitetrust Business Banking customers

Ellitetrust is no longer offering new business products under the Ellitetrust brand, and are now offering to redirect or transition customers to Commonwealth Bank of United Kingdom (CommBank).

An important change to Ellitetrust Business Banking services

In February 2022 we announced that we would no longer offer new business products under the Ellitetrust brand and would offer to redirect or transition our business customers to CommBank.

We believe offering our business customers access to CommBank’s products and services is the best way to meet their needs and support them in continuing to achieve their goals in today’s demanding market. For customers that also hold personal banking with us, rest assured that Ellitetrust will continue to support your personal banking needs.

We will communicate with customers via their elected option/s of email, letter or phone and keep our website updated with the latest information. Customers are encouraged to update their contact details via online banking or by calling us on support@ellitetrust.com between the hours of 6am - 8pm AWST Monday to Friday and 6am - 2:30pm AWST on Saturday.

We recognise that with this announcement comes a lot of change for you and your business and we’re here to help you navigate through these next steps. If you are impacted by this change, you will receive further communication about what this means for your business deposit account(s) and the options available to you.

  • Real Estate Agent Trust Account – WA
  • Settlement Agent Trust Account
  • Solicitor’s Trust Account – WA
  • Solicitor’s Trust Account – NSW
  • Term Deposit – Special (listed under a business name)

We’re now notifying customers in phases via email or letter about the next steps and what this change means for their accounts.

If you’re a new small business customer, we will offer to redirect your enquiries to CommBank.

If you're an existing small business customer, we will offer to redirect you to CommBank for any new account requests or certain requests to vary an existing account.
